Balamurugan K - Executive Partner and Director – Operations
An highly experienced construction professional with more than 22 years of experience having expertise in project planning, coordination, and execution having successfully delivered various projects for many reputed clients like, Biocon, Anthem Bioscience, Coca cola, Hindustan unilever, UB group to name a few in his previous organizations.
Suresh E S - Executive Partner and Director – Operations
A hardcore construction professional with more than 22 years of experience in execution of various Industrial, infrastructure , institutional and Residential projects, for the reputed clients like BIAL, Toyota, SMCC, Fujitha, ITC, Syngene, IIBS, United Spirits etc to name a few in his previous organizations.
Gourish Kulkarni - Director - Projects Operations
A qualified and experienced Civil Engineer, having BE in civil Engineering , with more than 9 years of experience in the construction industry, having successfully delivered various projects for many reputed clients like Biocon, Syngene, ITC, IIBS, BIAL, Anthem bioscience, Global calcium, UB group, Amruth Distillery, Hindustan Cocacola, Gradient India Pvt Ltd, to name a few. Responsible for Project execution and coordination.
Beeresh L - Director - Projects Operations
A qualified and experienced Civil Engineer, having Diploma in civil Engineering , with more than 8 years of experience in construction industry, having successfully delivered various projects for many reputed clients like, Biocon, Syngene, Anthem bioscience, Global calcium, UB group, Apotex to name a few. He is responsible for Project execution and coordination.
Kiran – Head Of Human Resources
Kiran brings over 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in the Manufacturing and Construction sectors. His expertise spans across key areas such as job evaluation, organizational development, talent management, HR technology, and human process work. He is passionate about optimizing HR practices to drive both organizational growth and employee engagement. Holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Mangalore University.
Dilipkumar S H GM - Finance and Accounts
Highly skilled Finanace and Accounts Professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and finance functions. Proven expertise in managing financial transactions, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Successfully worked with clients/companies like, C G S & Co Chartered Accountants, Sreenatha & Co Chartered Accountants, Jakob Muller (India) Private Limited, Fagor Control Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Don Construction Chemicals India Limited. Adept in financial planning, accounts management, and team coordination

- Continually improve EHS by carrying out potential risk assessment, waste minimization & Optimized use of resources through three “R” concept (i.e. recovery, reuse & recycle).
- Provide safe workplaces by identifying, eliminating or mitigating hazards and Occupational risks.
- Take appropriate actions to foster employee’s health, prevent all unsafe incidents & adverse environmental impact.
- Comply the required standards, procedures, contingency measures, statutory & regulatory requirements and management systems in order to ensure our operations are managed safely, ecologically and in a sustainable manner.
- Put concentrated efforts to impart requisite knowledge, skills & training to all employees including contractors as well as interested parties to continuously innovate and improve the EHS systems, processes & products.
- Share EHS best practices across the company & monitor emerging issues and keep abreast of regulatory changes, technological innovations, and stakeholder interests.
- To review, update periodically & communicate to all employees, contractors and interested parties about the policy objectives and EHS performances.
